Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is after 2pm. and Check-out time is before 10 am. Earlier check-in is possible only when the room is ready. Guests can store their luggage in our storage area if the room is not ready before 2 pm each day.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Late check-out is possible only after talking to the reception. There may be a charge of $10 per hour if check out between 10 am and 12 noon. After 12 noon there will be one full day charge.

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

Every guest needs to present a valid photo ID and a credit card. If no valid credit card is available, a security cash bond of $200 will be required upon check-in which will be returned at check-out.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

There is WIFI in each room at a cost depending on the usage.

Q: Is the swimming pool heated?

No. There is a heated spa next to the swimming pool.

Q: What facilities do you have?

We have a half size tennis court, BBQ in the pool area, a swimming pool and a heated spa.

Q: Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted in or around the areas of our resort. Pets are not permitted within our accommodation.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes after hours check-in service is available. Just push the button next to the reception entrance door and a staff will help the guest to check in.

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes there are free car parking spaces available. Some are under-covered.

Q: How often are the apartments serviced?

The apartments will be serviced every 7 days. Our apartments are self-catering apartments. Guests are provided with a complimentary start-up pack only and if more is required guests need to obtain themselves.

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes. In a studio room only the Queen bed will be made up. In a one-bedroom apartment only the Queen bed will be made up. In a two bedroom apartment either two Queen beds or a Queen and 2 single beds will be made up. If extra beds need to be made up extra charge applies.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes. There are a major shopping center, Australia Fair, nearby which is about 15 minutes by foot. There are some convenience stores and fast food outlets in the area which are about 5 minutes by foot. There are a range of restaurants in the surrounding area, and also bottle shops and clubs are nearby.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

Groceries can be purchased in Australia Fair, a major shopping center, or in some convenience stores near the resort.

Q: How far away is the beach?

The Broadwater beach is about 2 km away while the main beach is about 5 km away.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

There are bus stops within 5 minutes walk distance to the Theme Parks, Surfers Paradise, Harbour Town (Factory Direct Outlets), Casino and train stations to Brisbane CBD or Brisbane airport. There are also shuttle buses available to the Gold Coast airport (booking required).

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes theme park tickets and tours can be booked at reception which are normally cheaper than buying at the entrance.
